Product Variants
Standard Grade — TTK-8 or equivalent
General-purpose vacuum furnace heating element machined from TOYO TANSO TTK-8 or equivalent standard isostatic graphite. Suitable for vacuum hardening, brazing, sintering and atmosphere heat treatment furnaces. Available in tube, plate, U-shape and W-shape profiles. Custom geometry from DXF or STEP drawings.
Typical applications: Vacuum hardening, atmosphere brazing, sintering, CVD/CVI, standard vacuum furnace hot zones.
High-Purity Grade — TTK-87 / IG-110 or equivalent
Ultra-high-purity heating element with ash content below 30 ppm (TTK-87) or below 10 ppm (IG-110). For processes where metallic contamination from the heater element must be minimised. Supplied with full purity analysis certificate.
Typical applications: Semiconductor crystal growth (CZ/FZ), compound semiconductor sintering, precision brazing, high-purity materials research.
PVD Coating Chamber Elements
Graphite heating elements for physical vapour deposition (PVD) coating chambers. Ash content below 50 ppm. Pre-delivery vacuum clean and bake. Mounting interface machined to chamber specification. Low outgassing at operating temperature critical for coating quality.
Compatible systems: Hauzer, Oerlikon Balzers, Sulzer Metco, custom PVD equipment.
Small / Laboratory Scale Elements
Compact heating elements for small-chamber vacuum furnaces, laboratory tube furnaces, desktop sintering units and research equipment. Resistance value verified individually prior to shipment. Miniature rod, split-ring and custom geometries available. Tolerances to ±0.01 mm maintained on small cross-sections.
