Industrial Furnace Graphite Heater
Heavy-duty graphite resistance heating element for large industrial vacuum and atmosphere furnaces. Designed for continuous high-cycle operation at temperatures to 2200°C. Multi-segment assemblies with graphite fasteners available.
Heavy-duty graphite heaters engineered for continuous-cycle industrial vacuum furnaces used in metal hardening, brazing, powder sintering and ceramic processing. Machined from high-density isostatic graphite with flexural strength up to 60 MPa for structural integrity under thermal cycling stresses. Multi-segment heater assemblies with graphite bolt connections allow field replacement of individual sections, reducing maintenance downtime. All elements are supplied with individual resistance measurement confirmation and CMM dimensional reports.
