Precision-machined graphite resistance heating element for vacuum furnaces, sintering furnaces and CVD systems. Operating temperatures to 2200°C in inert or vacuum atmosphere. Machined from TOYO TANSO isostatic grades to customer drawings.
Graphite resistance heating elements machined from high-density isostatic graphite for use in vacuum furnaces, sintering systems and CVD/CVI reactors. The low electrical resistivity (10–15 μΩ·m) and high thermal conductivity (80–120 W/m·K) of isostatic graphite enable precise, uniform heating with rapid thermal response. Elements are custom-machined to customer drawings in rod, plate, U-shape, W-shape and annular geometries with dimensional tolerances to ±0.01 mm.
