1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Expo Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") website at expoadvancedmaterials.com and any business transactions entered into with us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products & Orders

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Specifications, grades, and dimensions may vary. Custom machined components are made to drawing/specification supplied by the customer. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All orders must be confirmed in writing (purchase order or email confirmation). Verbal orders are not binding.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as agreed in the sales order or invoice. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT), LC (Letter of Credit), and advance payment.

5. Delivery & Lead Times

Standard stock items: 3–7 working days. Custom machined items: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Lead times are indicative only and do not constitute a binding delivery commitment. The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, supplier delays, or logistics issues.

6. Export Terms

Export orders are governed by the Incoterms agreed at the time of order. Standard options include FOB (Delhi ICD / JNPT Mumbai), CIF, and DDP. All export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin is provided as standard.

7. Quality & Returns

We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. In the event of a defect or non-conformance, claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods with supporting photographs and documentation. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or credit the affected items.

Custom machined components manufactured to customer drawings cannot be returned unless proven defective. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition with prior written approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, technical data sheets, and CAD files is the intellectual property of Expo Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Last updated: January 2025.
