Grade Details

TTK-8 Standard Isostatic Graphite

The workhorse grade for vacuum furnace components. TTK-8 offers a well-balanced combination of density, flexural strength and electrical resistivity, making it suitable for heating elements, fixtures, trays and structural hot zone parts.

TTK-87 High-Purity Isostatic Graphite

Higher purity variant of TTK-8. Ash content below 50 ppm makes TTK-87 suitable for applications where metallic contamination from the heating element must be minimised — precision sintering, compound semiconductor processing and high-purity brazing.

IG-110 Nuclear-Grade Ultra-High Purity

IG-110 is TOYO TANSO's nuclear-qualified isostatic graphite grade, produced under strict purity controls. Ash content below 10 ppm and excellent radiation resistance. Widely used in high-temperature gas-cooled reactor cores and high-purity crystal growth systems.

  • Any process requiring <10 ppm ash
IG-430U Semiconductor Ultra-High Purity

Ultra-fine grain, ultra-high purity graphite for the most demanding semiconductor applications. Ash content below 5 ppm. Used in advanced CVD reactors, III-V compound semiconductor growth and precision CZ systems.

  • Advanced semiconductor CVD/CVI reactors
  • III-V compound crystal growth
  • Precision CZ and FZ pulling systems
  • Any process requiring <5 ppm ash
ISO-88 / ISO-63 Premium Isostatic Graphite (machined blocks)

ISO-88 (fine grain, density ≥1.82) and ISO-63 (high density ≥1.86, fine grain <10µm) are premium grades suitable for EDM electrodes, sintering tooling and high-load furnace fixtures. ISO-63 is preferred where maximum mechanical strength is required.
