EDM & Tooling
Premium EDM graphite electrodes with fine grain structure for precision die-sink and wire-cut operations.
Graphite solutions for EDM & Tooling
Graphite electrodes have displaced copper in over 70% of EDM applications globally — and for good reason. Graphite machines 3–5× faster than copper, tolerates higher discharge energies, and delivers lower wear ratios in finishing operations when the correct grade is selected. For deep ribs, thin walls, and complex 3D cavity profiles, graphite is the only practical material.
Expo supplies EDM graphite blocks and precision machined electrodes in all grades — from standard ISO-63 for roughing to ultra-fine ETP-10 for mirror-finish micro-EDM — with in-house machining to your DXF or STEP drawings and ±0.005 mm dimensional accuracy.
