Your vacuum furnace heating elements are the most maintenance-critical graphite component in the hot zone. Finding a graphite heating element supplier in India who understands vacuum-furnace metallurgy — not just graphite machining — makes the difference between planned maintenance and costly unplanned downtime.

Expo Advanced Materials manufactures and exports precision graphite heating elements from New Delhi. ISO 9001:2015 certified, we supply OEM furnace builders, system integrators, and maintenance teams across 30+ countries.

Grades Available for Heating Elements

Grade selection determines operating temperature, element life, and contamination risk for your process. We stock and machine:

  • IG-11 / IG-110 — Ultra-high-purity fine-grain isostatic graphite. Standard for semiconductor crystal-growth and solar-PV furnaces where sub-ppm metallic contamination is critical.
  • TTK-8 / HP-grade isostatic — High-density, low-ash grade for general vacuum-furnace applications up to 2,800 °C. Excellent thermal-shock resistance.
  • Fine-grain extruded — Cost-effective for industrial sintering furnaces with lower purity requirements. Available in large billets for long element runs.
  • CFC (Carbon Fibre Composite) — For lowest thermal mass and fastest heat-up rates. Significantly longer service life than monolithic graphite in thermal-cycling duty.

Configurations and Dimensions

  • Rod elements — Solid or hollow cylindrical. OD 10–200 mm, length up to 2,500 mm. Threaded or shouldered connection ends.
  • Flat / U-elements — Single-piece flat elements for box furnaces. Custom width, thickness, notch pattern.
  • Multi-leg hairpin elements — Machined from single billet for zero joint resistance with integral connector tabs.
  • Segmented ring elements — For cylindrical hot-zone configurations. Split segments, no mechanical stress.

All elements are held to ±0.1 mm on heating-zone geometry; connection areas to ±0.05 mm for reliable electrical contact.

Why Source from India?

  • Cost savings of 30–45% versus European or Japanese OEM pricing on equivalent geometry and grade.
  • Lead time 15–20 working days for standard elements from stocked billets; 7–10 days for urgent orders on common grades.
  • OEM cross-reference — We match Ipsen, Seco/Warwick, ALD, Centorr, Aichelin part numbers on grade, geometry, and connection interface.

Quality Documentation Supplied

Every element ships with a dimensional inspection report. On request: resistivity measurement (μΩ·m), bulk density certificate, Shore hardness report, and material test certificate traceable to billet lot. All under ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

How to Get a Quote

Send your element drawing (PDF or DXF), graphite grade specification or furnace OEM part number, and required quantity. Engineers confirm grade availability, lead time, and pricing within 24 hours. No drawing? We reverse-engineer from a worn element sample or furnace model number.
