Graphite Heating Element
Custom-machined graphite heating element for vacuum and atmosphere furnaces. Electrical resistivity 10–15 μΩ·m. Operating temperature to 2200°C. Available in tube, plate, meander and hairpin profiles from TOYO TANSO isostatic grades.
Graphite heating elements machined from TOYO TANSO isostatic graphite offer stable resistivity, low thermal mass and excellent thermal shock resistance for continuous high-temperature cycling. Standard profiles include cylindrical tubes, flat plates and custom meander geometries. Each element is calculated for resistance uniformity to prevent localised hotspots, and supplied with a dimensional inspection report confirming compliance to ±0.01 mm tolerances.
