Ultra-high-purity graphite heating element for semiconductor crystal growth, precision sintering and contamination-sensitive processes. Ash content <30 ppm. Operating temperature to 2200°C. TOYO TANSO TTK-87 grade or equivalent.
High-purity graphite heating elements machined from TOYO TANSO TTK-87 or equivalent ultra-pure isostatic graphite. Ash content below 30 ppm (verified by spectrographic analysis) eliminates contamination risk in semiconductor crystal growth (Czochralski and float zone), III-V compound sintering and precision ceramic processing. Purification by halogen gas treatment is available for ash content below 10 ppm total. Supplied with material purity certificate and full dimensional inspection report.
