Graphite Heater For Furnace
Graphite resistance heating element for industrial vacuum and atmosphere furnaces. Custom geometry — tube, plate, U-shape or W-shape — machined from TOYO TANSO premium isostatic grades. Full material traceability and dimensional inspection on every shipment.
Graphite furnace heaters machined from TOYO TANSO premium isostatic graphite for use in vacuum brazing, sintering and heat treatment furnaces. The uniform grain structure of cold isostatically pressed graphite ensures consistent resistivity across the element cross-section, providing stable, repeatable heat distribution. Supplied with resistance calculation reports and CMM-verified dimensional certificates. Compatible with single-zone and multi-zone furnace configurations.
