What We Manufacture
- Flat radiation shields — Single rectangular panels for box furnaces. Thickness 2–10 mm, sizes up to 1,200 × 800 mm in monolithic graphite, up to 1,500 × 1,000 mm in CFC.
- Cylindrical shields — Full or split-half cylinders for round hot zones. Diameter 150–1,500 mm, height up to 1,200 mm.
- Conical end caps — Top and bottom shield assemblies machined to match your furnace geometry.
- Multi-layer assemblies — We supply complete layer sets with graphite spacer pins and support hardware included.

Quality and Lead Time
All shields are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and absence of cracks before dispatch. Material test certificates are supplied on request. Standard lead time is 20–25 working days for custom shields; in-stock sizes ship in 5–7 days. ISO 9001:2015 certified throughout.
