EXNP-N โ Uncoated Rigid Carbon Fiber Insulation Board
The EXNP-N is the base grade of Expo's proprietary EXNP needle-punch rigid insulation board series. Manufactured using Expo's exclusive needle-punch technology, it is the only rigid carbon fiber insulation board produced in India without Chinese sourcing.

- Low bulk density (0.14โ0.20 g/cmยณ) minimises hot-zone thermal mass

- Rigid panel construction โ no sagging or delamination
- Machineable to tight tolerances; bolt-on or cemented installation
